Yoga Asana

Dr. Sarah has been a student of the yoga lineage for 20 years, and a public yoga teacher and educator for the last ten. Her Teachers include Neda Draupadi Honarvar, Avani Gilbert, Darren Rhodes, Christina Sell, B.K.S. Iyengar, and others.

Sarah's classes are a meticulous blend of detailed alignment, mindful stretch, and gentle reflection. You'll be sure to find flavors of Hatha, Vinyasa and Kundalini styles throughout her class offerings, as well as various limbs of the yoga path (breath, mudra, mantra) woven into the tapestry of each class.


Class styles

Deep Stretch

This "little dose of chill" is a curated hybrid of deep stretch + restorative yoga postures that will replenish your body, refresh your mind, and invigorate your breath. This is an all-levels practice.

Slow Flow

One full hour to just breathe and move. One full hour to get out of your head and into your body. One full hour to align and refine your postures, in order to flow through them with grace. Yass kween yassssss.

Hatha Kriya

An opportunity to burn burn burn the energetic remnants of the shit you don't need anymore, and simultaneously stoke the flames of who you're becoming. Practice is an exciting blend of Kundalini Kriya, Asana, and meditation.
