Yoga Asana

Dr. Sarah has been a student of the yoga lineage for 24 years, and a public yoga teacher and educator for the last eleven. Her Teachers include Neda Draupadi Honarvar, Avani Gilbert, Darren Rhodes, Christina Sell, B.K.S. Iyengar, and others.

Sarah's classes are a meticulous blend of detailed alignment, mindful stretch, and gentle reflection. You'll be sure to find flavors of Hatha, Vinyasa and Kundalini styles throughout her class offerings, as well as various limbs of the yoga path (pranayama, mudra, mantra) woven into the tapestry of each class.

Signature styles

Deep Stretch

aka "little dose of chill" is a curated hybrid of deep stretch + restorative yoga postures that will replenish your body and sooth your nervous system. This practice is a sweet and gentle romance for the body.

Hatha + Flow

This class is all about postural alignment and refinement. There's more holding than flowing, but the breath is always the center point. You'll walk away feeling strong in your body, connected in your heart, and calm in your mind. 

Hatha Kriya

An opportunity to burn the energetic remnants of the shit you don't need anymore, and simultaneously stoke the flames of who you're becoming. This practice is an exciting blend of Kundalini kriya, asana, and meditation. You can expect to walk away with a BIG energetic upgrade.
