Is there parking for this event?
Yes, Sea Creature Supplies has two designated parking spaces in the lot next to their shop. Please park in the spaces marked 100. There is also ample street parking available as well.
What is Reiki?
Reiki (pronounced ray-kee) is an alternative and complementary therapy that taps into the electromagnetic field of the body (aka the biofield) to faciliate deep relaxation, stress relief, physical and emotional healing, mental clarity, and energetic alignment.

What can I expect to experience?
Most people report feeling a distinct sense of relaxation and calmness, some tingling and/or warming sensations at various points throughout the session, some people fall asleep, and other experience empowering mental imagery. Everyone walks away with something new and unique that they've never experienced before.

How do I know if Reiki is right for me?
Reiki is right for you if you've been deeply curious about this practice; if you're needing relief from stress, anxiety, or depression; if you feel "off" or out of alignment with yourself; if you're in need of a little self-care (or "me time"). There's honestly no wrong reason to come to Reiki. It can serve anyone no matter what your needs are.
