Ritual Flowasana

Ritual Flowasana is a 60-minute ritual flow to awaken this month’s theme of “Heal + Reveal”. 

This class is all levels, all bodies practice. So no matter your experience with yogasana this class is fit for everyone. You can expect 40-ish minutes of flow movement, 10 minutes of stretch, 5 minutes of rest, and 5 minutes for breath and meditation. Timings are approximations and are subject to change. But it is a well-rounded practice giving you time to move, sweat, stretch, reflect, and breathe mindfully.

The class will be recorded so you can re-watch as often as you like throughout the month. And $2 from each entry will go to support the clean-up efforts from the devastating oil spill that just occurred off the coast of Huntington Beach, California.
