About the event
Hatha Flow is a 60-minute window to get out of your head and into your body. One full hour to align and refine your postures, in order to flow through them with grace. Yass kween yassssss. So... slip on your fave leggings, roll out your mat, and let’s greet each other with intention and purpose.
This is an all-levels practice, and the session will be recorded and made available immediately afterward. Registration is required to attend live or receive the recording.
