This "little dose of chill" is a curated hybrid of deep stretch + restorative yoga postures that will replenish your body, refresh your mind, and invigorate your breath. Suitable for yogis of all levels. So, roll out your mat and grab your blocks because this is a chilllll, gentle, stretchy kind of class. (Pjs acceptable ;)
The session will be recorded and made available shortly after the class ends. You must register to attend Live or to receive the recording.
